Services & Packages

Foundation Package

•  Designed for students in the 9th or 10th grades.

•  Consultations with students and parents in regard to course selection, extracurricular activities, standardized testing and helping families to think purposefully about how they will make the most of the high school years.

•  Help to develop a college admissions timeline for the student to follow throughout high school.

•  Meetings with the family at important academic intervals during the school year.

•  Services ending June 30 of the 9th or 10th grade year (6 to 12 months of service).

Framework Package

•  This package is designed for the families of juniors or seniors who have a basic understanding of the admissions and testing process. This family usually has the time and wants to do the "leg work" involved in college research.

•  There will be one or more meetings with the family to provide recommendations suitable for the student and their academic aspirations.

•  Limited counselor contact once initial meetings are completed.

•  A very popular and affordable package for families.

Junior/Senior Package

•  Designed for students in their 11th or 12th grade year. Students will follow a prescribed timeline during the course of their junior or senior year as well as through the college admissions and testing process.

•  Counselor will give support to students who are struggling to settle on a major by using a career interest survey and online tools.

•  Help students to develop a list of candidate schools by researching those that are an appropriate "fit" academically, socially and financially.

•  Assistance for students during all aspects of the application process: essays, interviews, campus visits, including standardized test preparation, just to name a few.

•  Know your chances of admission BEFORE submitting an application by using our Stats Evaluator.

•  With the use of the essay grading resources, create remarkable and memorable admissions and scholarship essays. Essays that will "keep the reader reading".

•  Most of the admissions exploration is completed by the counselor in conjunction with the family's wishes.

•  Unlimited access to counselor's time and resources. Service package is 18 to 24 months (depending on enrollment date) and will end June 30 of the junior or senior year.

•  This package is great for families with limited time and/or limited knowledge of the admissions process. This is a popular package and a great value in terms of service and price.

New Products

Stats Evaluator:

•  This service looks at the entire academic record of the student as well as any standardized test scores and extracurricular activities.

•  Once the above process is complete, the information will be used to determine the chances of admission for the student's candidate schools before submitting an application.

•  By using this service, families will know what they need to do to improve their student's resume BEFORE the application is sent. Thus improving the chances of admission.

•  This service may be purchased separately or it will be included in the price of the Junior/Senior packages.

Essay Grading:

•  To differentiate themselves from the rest of the applicant pool, students must use the essay.

•  This is an editing service designed to correct grammatical and mechanical errors as well as helping the student demonstrate their talent to write well-structured structured text.

•  Students will also have the ability to portray a vivid picture of their personality and character, one that should compel a busy admissions officer to take an interest in your application.

•  This service may be purchased separately or it will be included in the price of the Junior/Senior packages.
